Worked out a new procedure which seemed to work reliably in deploying the new images to the Audi displays:
Wipe current content and reset settings for each TV
- Power on TV, select MagicInfo source using remote and/or wait for current slideshow to load
- Press Return button on remote
- Select Options in the upper right of the screen
- Select Delete, select Published Content, confirm
- Press Return button on remote
- Select Options again in the upper right of the screen
- Select Settings, select Reset, confirm
- Press Return button on remote till you get back to the MagicInfo Player S3 main screen
- Select Network Status in the lower right portion of the screen, verify that the TV reports that it is connected, make a note of the IP in the event you need it for deploying content later
Deploy content via MagicInfo 2 software
- Remote into DeltaNetMgmtPC, copy new images to the MagicInfo Content folder on the desktop
- Launch "MagicInfo Express 2" as Administrator
- Click Quick Start, Slideshow
- Select the new images for the slideshow, click the > button in the upper right corner to proceed
- Delete the text box containing "Audi Grand Rapids" in the upper left corner of the slideshow (click, press Delete key)
- Run the preview to verify all the images and transitions look correct, click >, enter a descriptive name
- Verify the schedule adheres to showroom hours, click the disk icon on the upper right, save as the same name you set for the slideshow
- Click the send button on the upper right corner (square with an arrow icon)
- Select all TVs to deploy to, if any are missing verify the TV is powered up and connected, click Add Signage TV, enter the IP address
- Click Send
- Verify new slideshow is operating correctly on all TVs
